This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is aimed at illustrating the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data carried out by Nova Portum Srl, based in Strada di Montefeltro 51 61122- Pesaro, as owner and data controller (hereinafter also called "Nova Portum" or the "Owner") of the www.calata52.it Site ("Site") and the services connected to it (the "Services"). The Owner respects the privacy of each user / visitor ("user") who visits the Site and uses the Services. The Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites accessible through external hypertext links on the site. The processing of users' personal data will be in accordance with applicable legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003, n. 196, containing the Code regarding the Protection of Personal Data, as amended by Regulation (EU) no. 679 of 27 April 2016 - applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter, jointly, the "Applicable Privacy Law"). The information is provided only for the aforementioned Site and not for any other Websites that may be consulted by the user through specific links. Type of data processed and purpose of the processing.

The personal data processed by Nova Portum Srl on the basis of the user's consent will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were originally collected and, in any case, will no longer be processed following any revocation of consent. 3) Data provided voluntarily by users

10) Place of data processing

Pursuant to the Applicable Privacy Law, users will have the right to:
